Sales Development Representative
Be the engine of our pipeline. You will hunt for the right prospects, start conversations with security and engineering leaders, and book qualified meetings for a firm whose work genuinely sells itself once we are in the room.
What you’ll do
- Research and build target lists of CISOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders who need security testing
- Run outbound campaigns by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and follow up on inbound inquiries
- Qualify opportunities and book discovery calls for senior leadership
- Track everything in the CRM and report what is working and what is not
- Learn the offensive-security market deeply enough to hold a credible first conversation
What you’ll bring
- 1 to 3 years in an outbound sales or SDR/BDR role, or the drive and coachability to make up for it
- Comfortable making cold calls and writing crisp, personal outreach
- Organized, self-directed, and honest about pipeline reality
- Interest in cybersecurity; you do not need to be technical, but you need to be curious
