Two ways in, depending on where you are in your career. Both roles sell the same thing: senior-led security testing that clients genuinely value.

Sales Development Representative

Full-time Devens, MA area preferred (hybrid considered)

Be the engine of our pipeline. You will hunt for the right prospects, start conversations with security and engineering leaders, and book qualified meetings for a firm whose work genuinely sells itself once we are in the room.

What you’ll do

  • Research and build target lists of CISOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders who need security testing
  • Run outbound campaigns by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and follow up on inbound inquiries
  • Qualify opportunities and book discovery calls for senior leadership
  • Track everything in the CRM and report what is working and what is not
  • Learn the offensive-security market deeply enough to hold a credible first conversation

What you’ll bring

  • 1 to 3 years in an outbound sales or SDR/BDR role, or the drive and coachability to make up for it
  • Comfortable making cold calls and writing crisp, personal outreach
  • Organized, self-directed, and honest about pipeline reality
  • Interest in cybersecurity; you do not need to be technical, but you need to be curious

Senior Sales Lead / Founding Account Executive

Full-time Devens, MA area preferred (hybrid considered)

Build the sales program from the ground up. You will own the full cycle, from territory strategy and pipeline generation to closing six-figure engagements, and define how a 20-year-old elite boutique goes to market for its next decade.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, scoping with our engineers, proposal, close
  • Design the go-to-market playbook: ICP, messaging, sequences, pricing strategy, and metrics
  • Sell to CISOs, CTOs, and compliance leaders across finance, healthcare, SaaS, and technology
  • Grow our partner and white-label channel alongside direct sales
  • Hire and mentor the SDR function as the pipeline matures

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years selling cybersecurity services or comparable technical B2B services, with a record you can show
  • Comfortable selling consultative, scoped engagements rather than shrink-wrapped product
  • Able to operate without a playbook, then write the playbook
  • Credible in the room with both a CISO and a hands-on engineer
